Terms of Payment

These terms explain how payments are handled when booking a tour.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment is made. Verbal or written confirmation without payment does not secure a booking.

Deposit and Full Payment

Some tours require a deposit, while others require full payment in advance. The required amount will be communicated clearly before payment is made.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile money
  • Cash

Payment details will be provided after booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the tour and timing. Any applicable refund conditions will be explained during booking. Please ask before making payment if you are unsure.

No-Shows

If a guest does not show up at the agreed time and location without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to dates or tour details are subject to availability. Requests should be made as early as possible.

Prices

All prices are agreed upon before payment. Once confirmed and paid, prices do not change unless both parties agree.
